Jacky Livingston, a Certified ASE Master Technician, teaches Automotive Technology. Prior to joining the Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton in October of 1996, Jacky worked in the service department at Grindstaff Chevrolet-Chrysler-Plymouth- Dodge in Elizabethton for 18 years. A graduate of Elizabethton High School, Jacky has also attended various General Motors and Chrysler Training Centers.
