Phyllis Ensor — Dietary Manager

Phyllis, instructor of the online Dietary Manager Training Program, is a native of Carter County. A graduate of the University of Florida School for Dietary Managers, Ms. Ensor has 30-plus years experience as a director of nutritional service and inspector of sanitation for restaurants. In 2001, she was named Tennessee Dietary Manager of the Year. Phyllis is past national chairman of the board of the Dietary Managers Association and former chairman of the association's certifying board. Her hobbies are Lady Vols' basketball, traveling and growing roses.
