Penny Carrico — Practical Nursing

Penny received her Associate Degree in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from East Tennessee State University. She has twelve years of experience in Nursing Certification in Gerontological Nursing and has worked in various settings from mental health care to Director of Nursing in Long-term Health Care. Ms. Carrico has five years of teaching service at TTC-Elizabethton.
