Sandy Barker — Practical Nursing

Sandy graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and also a Masters of Science. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Kappa Delta Phi, and Civil Air Patrol Aerospace Education. Serving as an Advisor for the National Technical Honor Society at TTC-Elizabethton, Ms. Barker is also a CIC volunteer and board member in Tennessee.
