Cathy graduated from East Tennessee State University with a B.S in Nursing. She has been with Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton since 2001. Ms. Ashburn has worked in a variety of health care settings; home health, hospice, pain management, clinical nursing, as well as Director of Nursing for a long term care facility. She is also a Radiological Technologist.
